1. Familiarise yourself with the terms
2. Complete a form via the online form below.
3. Once we’ve received your application we will
   1. Inform you of the availability
   2. If available we will send you a link via which you can pay the deposit.
      1. Single booking deposit per person: £20
      2. Group booking deposit: £100

GroupsLink to this section

The leader of the group is responsible for allocating all fees for entire group. No individual payments will be received for group booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Ballyards Castle Management.

RoomsLink to this section

All final room allocation/​availability details must be discussed in person via phone or email with castle manager. Our room availability consists of:

• 3 Double Occupancy
• 2 Family Style rooms with singles and bunks
• 2 Dormitory Rooms (4 single, 2 bunk-beds)
• 2 Guest Caravans (sleeps 4 each)

Check in / Check outLink to this section

• You can check in at any time after 2pm on the first day of your visit.
• You must check out before 11am on the last day of your visit
